Whereas the Group ATIC Services is already present in 11 countries, it carries the ambition to spread its wings in other countries.

 

 

An international dimension

Ever since it was created, the Group has always looked outside its natural borders.  At first, it opened offices in major coal producing countries.  This move enabled the Group to respond successfully to the specific needs of its customers, especially those related to coal.  Then, through development in importing countries, the Group worked at strengthening its position all along the coal chain and more recently it has spread its activities to other products.


Today ATIC Services is present in eleven countries and among its 1,200 employees one can count twenty different nationalities. Such a multicultural environment is a real asset for the Group, particularly when working complicated logistics chain, as each nationality brings cultural understanding and useful typical and specific professional skills.

It is the ambition of ATIC Services to continue to develop internationally its core activity in bulk logistics, linked mainly but not only to coal.


Until now, the Group has extended its presence mainly in Western Europe.  However, thanks to its acclaimed know-how, the Group has been able to develop into new areas, such as Poland and Chile, where partnerships were created in 2007.  Today, the Group is looking towards new horizons;

Asia is of great interest to ATIC Services as the region is the number one coal producer and consumer in the world and all eyes are now focusing on this region.
