Located in Newport News (USA) and attached to Cita Logistics VANGUARD Energy Services (VES) is a full service, independent laboratory and inspection agency that has served the global coal industry for over four decades. VES  provide their customers with accurate and independent technical laboratory services and supervisory controls. 
VES central location on the US East Coast gives VES a superior presence in the Port of Hampton Roads, and allows VES to easily provide services at all East Coast ports and the Gulf of Mexico. Vanguard also commands a presence in the South American ports of Colombia and Venezuela as well as the East and West Coasts of Canada.
