Activities

A subsidiary of OVET, OBA handles 19 Mt per year . The company is one of the main coal terminal of the port of Amsterdam and the second biggest full scale operator in the Netherlands.

Thanks to the size of the terminal, it is possible to provide flexible customer-focussed services (maximum draft : 16.8 metres – lightening at Ijmuiden to 13.72 metres).

Terminals 

IJmuiden/Amsterdam-Westhaven on the Rhine Canal in Amsterdam. Westhaven terminal is closer to the German hinterland than any other large coal terminal in the ARA region.
